Radius Arm Bushes with Fitting Position Front Axle for TOYOTA LAND CRUISER 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear)

70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Radius arm bushes are the polyurethane bush kits used to replace worn rubber bushes at the chassis and differential mounting positions of radius arms and leading arms. Radius arms and leading arms locate the front axle fore and aft under braking and acceleration loads on solid front axle 4WD platforms, and provide longitudinal compliance control on independent front suspension systems where a radius arm or strut rod connects the lower control arm to the chassis. On solid axle platforms, the bush condition at both ends of the arm directly affects front wheel caster, steering feel, braking stability and the arm's ability to maintain correct axle location under load.

Worn radius arm and leading arm bushes introduce compliance drift and play into the front axle or control arm mounting interface, contributing to geometry drift, imprecise steering, increased NVH and reduced stability under braking and cornering. Quality 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER polyurethane replacements restore correct compliance and axle location at each mounting position, and on applicable solid axle platforms, offset and setback variants introduce a measured geometry correction to address caster drift from suspension modification or wear. Most products are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Why Upgrade 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Suspension?

Radius arm and leading arm bushes on solid front axle 4WD platforms carry the full longitudinal braking and acceleration forces transmitted through the front axle assembly on every cycle. This makes them among the most load-intensive bush positions in the front suspension system. As they wear, the arm's ability to maintain correct axle position under load deteriorates, contributing to steering wander, front end dive under braking and progressive caster and geometry drift that worsens with use.

On independent suspension platforms where a radius arm or strut rod controls lower arm longitudinal compliance, worn bushes soften the front suspension's response to braking and cornering inputs, reducing steering feel and geometric consistency. Replacing worn 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER radius arm and leading arm bushes with correctly specified polyurethane alternatives restores compliance and axle location precision, delivering more stable, responsive and predictable front end behaviour across all driving conditions.

Why Purchase 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Radius Arm Bushes?

Allowing worn radius arm and leading arm bushes to remain in service results in progressive geometry drift, front end instability under braking and cornering, increased NVH and reduced axle location precision that worsens over time. Renewing them with quality 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER polyurethane alternatives restores correct compliance and arm pivot location, eliminating play and delivering a more stable, precise and refined front suspension character immediately.

For 4WD owners and workshops where suspension lift has altered front caster geometry, offset and setback bush kits provide an effective and cost-efficient geometry correction solution without requiring arm replacement or chassis modification, restoring correct front wheel geometry within the existing arm and chassis structure.

Installation and Support

70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Radius arm and leading arm bush kits are designed for accurate installation at the chassis, differential and lower control arm pivot mounting positions. Installation times range from approximately two to four hours depending on the application and mounting position. Installation guides are available across most products. For additional technical assistance, a dedicated support team is available to help ensure correct product selection, including offset and setback variant selection for applicable geometry correction applications.

Repair and Upgrade

70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Radius arm bushes are manufactured from high-strength polyurethane engineered to withstand the longitudinal braking and acceleration loads, vibration and environmental exposure that radius arm and leading arm mounting positions are subject to in everyday and demanding use. Resistant to oil, heat and road contaminants, polyurethane radius arm bushes maintain their compliance characteristics for longer than factory rubber alternatives, delivering more consistent arm location and handling performance throughout their service life. Most products are backed by a lifetime warranty.

Who 70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Radius Arm Bushes Are For

70, 73 Series Bundera (Coil Springs Front & Rear) LAND CRUISER Radius arm bushes are a practical solution for:

• Professional workshops servicing solid front axle 4WDs and trucks requiring radius arm and leading arm bush renewal at chassis and differential-end mounting positions as part of routine suspension maintenance or wear repair.
• Experienced DIY users replacing worn radius arm or leading arm bushes to restore correct front axle location, improve steering feel and reduce NVH under braking and cornering.
• 4WD owners requiring offset or setback bush kits to correct front caster geometry following suspension lift installation, without requiring arm replacement or chassis modification.
• Owners of performance, European and Japanese vehicles requiring front radius arm lower or strut rod bush renewal to restore correct longitudinal compliance and front end response.

The right radius arm bush kit restores correct arm pivot compliance and location, eliminates front axle play under load and delivers more precise, stable and confident front suspension performance every time.
