4x4 Lift Kits for MITSUBISHI TRITON

Nolathane 4x4 lift kits are a quick and easy way to raise a standard-height MITSUBISHI TRITON while keeping its standard suspension. Using precision strut spacers at the front and spacer blocks at the rear, they add ground clearance, make room for slightly larger tyres, and give your MITSUBISHI TRITON a stronger, more capable stance, without replacing your springs and shock absorbers.

Each kit is developed and tested by Nolathane?s research and development team, so the lift for each application maintains a safe working height for the vehicle?s standard suspension. That makes them a practical, cost-effective way to improve off-road capability for work, touring and weekend adventures.

How Nolathane 4x4 Lift Kits Work on the MITSUBISHI TRITON

Nolathane lift kits raise ride height by repositioning the existing suspension rather than replacing it:

• Front strut spacers fit to the top of the front strut assembly, raising the front of the vehicle while keeping the standard coil spring and shock absorber.
• Rear spacer blocks fit between the leaf spring pack and the axle, raising the rear. They?re supplied with new U-bolts and hardware to suit the added height.

Because the standard springs and shocks stay in place, the vehicle keeps its factory ride characteristics and load rating, but with more clearance underneath.

Types of 4x4 Lift Kits

Spacer Lift Kits

Spacer lift kits use strut spacers and rear blocks to raise ride height while retaining the standard suspension. They?re simple, affordable and quick to fit. That makes them ideal for owners who are happy with their current suspension but want more clearance, a level stance, or room for slightly larger tyres.

Spring and Shock Lift Kits

Full suspension lift kits replace the springs and shock absorbers with taller, uprated components. They suit vehicles that need more load capacity, longer suspension travel or larger lifts, but they?re a bigger investment and involve more extensive changes.

Understanding the difference helps you choose the right lift for how you use your MITSUBISHI TRITON.

Benefits of a Spacer Lift for Your MITSUBISHI TRITON

• Increased ground clearance to clear rocks, ruts and obstacles
• Improved approach, departure and breakover angles for steeper tracks and rougher terrain
• Room for slightly larger tyres, for better grip and protection off-road
• A more level stance, reducing the nose-down rake common on standard pick-ups
• Standard suspension retained, keeping the factory ride and load characteristics
• Simple, cost-effective installation compared with a full suspension replacement

MITSUBISHI TRITON Front and Rear Lift Kit Options

Nolathane lift kits are available as:

• Front and rear lift kits, which raise the whole vehicle evenly, maintaining balanced suspension geometry and drivetrain angles across both axles
• Front-only kits, using strut spacers to raise or level the front
• Rear-only kits, using spacer blocks to raise the rear. Some rear kits are designed to restore factory rake on vehicles where the front has already been lifted.

Each listing shows the approximate lift height, kit contents and any recommendations for that application, such as fitting longer-travel rear shock absorbers.

Choosing the Right Lift Kit for Your MITSUBISHI TRITON

When choosing a lift kit, consider:

• How you use your vehicle: spacer lifts suit daily driving, touring and moderate off-road use where the standard suspension is in good condition.
• Load and towing: spacer lifts don?t change spring rates. If you regularly carry heavy loads or tow, check that your standard springs are suitable, or consider uprated springs.
• Existing suspension: standard springs and shocks should be in good condition before fitting a spacer lift.
• Tyre size: decide on your tyre size first, so the lift height gives enough clearance.
• Front and rear balance: choose a kit that gives the stance you want, whether that?s level, raised evenly, or with factory rake restored.

Things to Check Before and After Lifting Your MITSUBISHI TRITON

Lifting a vehicle changes its suspension position, so check the following:

• Wheel alignment: always have a wheel alignment after fitting a lift kit, as ride height changes affect camber, caster and toe.
• Shock absorber travel: some applications benefit from longer-travel rear shocks. Follow the recommendation on the listing.
• Driveline angles: keep lifts modest on independent front suspension 4x4s, to avoid excessive CV joint angles.
• Brake lines and wiring: check that there?s enough slack at full suspension droop.
• Headlight aim: recheck headlight alignment after lifting.
• Suspension bushes and joints: worn bushes and ball joints should be replaced before or during the lift.

Legal Lift Limits and Compliance

Lift height rules vary between regions. In Europe, suspension modifications may need to be declared or approved through vehicle inspections.

Before lifting, check the vehicle standards that apply where your vehicle is registered, keep your total lift within those limits, and tell your insurer about the modification.

Installation and Support

Nolathane 4x4 lift kits are suited to professional workshop installation, or to experienced home mechanics with a sound understanding of suspension systems.
