Anti Roll Bar Link Washers for TOYOTA HIACE LH172R

LH172R HIACE Anti roll link washers are the hardened cupped washer kits used at the anti roll link stud assembly positions on applicable platforms. On threaded stud anti roll link assemblies, the link end uses a stack of polyurethane bushes and hardened cupped washers alternated over the stud, with the cupped face of each washer bearing against the adjacent bush to locate it and distribute the clamping load evenly across the bush face. Without correctly specified hardened cupped washers in the assembly, the bush stack cannot seat and bear correctly, leading to accelerated bush wear and reduced anti roll link performance.

The LH172R HIACE universal washer kit supplies eight hardened cupped washers — the correct quantity to replace all washers across a single anti roll link service, covering all stud ends on both links of a two-link assembly. A straightforward and essential companion to any anti roll link bush renewal service on platforms that use the threaded stud link design. Backed by a three-year warranty.

Why Upgrade LH172R HIACE Suspension?

The hardened cupped washers in a anti roll link stud assembly perform two functions: they locate each bush in the stack by seating against the bush outer face, and they distribute the nut clamping load evenly across the bush rather than concentrating it at a single point. Washers that have been deformed, corroded or worn reduce both functions, preventing the bush from seating correctly and allowing the nut clamping load to act unevenly on the bush face. The result is accelerated bush compression, premature link end play and a shortened service life for the bush kit.

Renewing the LH172R HIACE washers at the same time as the bushes during a anti roll link service ensures the complete assembly is restored to the correct specification, with properly seated and correctly loaded bushes that will perform as designed throughout their service life.

LH172R HIACE Product Range

The LH172R HIACE anti roll link washers range includes:

• LH172R HIACE Universal Anti roll Link Hardened Cupped Washer Kits: A kit of eight hardened cupped washers in the correct outer and inner diameter for anti roll link stud assembly positions, providing the correct bush bearing and locating surfaces for all stud ends on both links of a two-link anti roll link assembly.

Why Purchase LH172R HIACE Anti roll Link Washers?

Replacing the bushes in a anti roll link stud assembly while reusing old or worn washers leaves the renewed bushes seated against degraded bearing surfaces that cannot locate or load them correctly. Including a LH172R HIACE washer kit with every anti roll link bush service ensures every bearing surface in the assembly is renewed to the correct specification at the same time, maximising the service life of the new bush installation and delivering the correct anti roll link performance from the moment of completion.

For workshops servicing platforms with threaded stud anti roll link assemblies, adding the LH172R HIACE washer kit alongside the bush kit is a low-cost step that ensures the full link assembly is correctly restored in a single service.

Installation and Support

LH172R HIACE Anti roll link washer kits are designed for installation as part of a complete anti roll link stud assembly service at the front or rear anti roll end position. Installation time is approximately one hour. The kit supplies eight washers, the correct quantity to replace all washer positions across both links of a standard two-link assembly. For additional technical assistance, a dedicated support team is available to confirm correct product selection and assembly configuration for the specific application.

Repair and Upgrade

LH172R HIACE Anti roll link washers are hardened and cupped to provide correct bush bearing and locating surfaces at the anti roll link stud end positions. The hardened construction resists deformation under the nut clamping load applied during installation, maintaining the correct load distribution and bush location throughout the service life of the assembly. The cupped face seats against the adjacent bush to distribute load evenly and prevent bush extrusion beyond the bearing surface. Backed by a three-year warranty.

Who LH172R HIACE Anti roll Link Washers Are For

LH172R HIACE Anti roll link washers are a practical solution for:

• Professional workshops carrying out anti roll link stud assembly services on applicable platforms requiring hardened cupped washer renewal alongside the bush kit to ensure the complete link assembly is correctly restored in a single service.
• Experienced DIY users replacing anti roll link end bushes on applicable platforms who require the correct hardened cupped washers to complete the link assembly to the correct specification and maximise the service life of the renewed bush installation.

The right anti roll link washer kit provides the correct hardened cupped bearing surfaces for every bush position in the link assembly, ensuring the renewed bushes seat, load and perform correctly throughout their service life.
