REVOLUTION Leveling Kits for 0

Leveling kits are the platform-specific lift and leveling hardware kits used to raise the front, rear or both ends of the to achieve a level stance or a controlled lift at the applicable axle. Many trucks, SUVs and 4WDs leave the factory with a forward rake built into the suspension geometry, intended to compensate for rear load and maintain a level appearance when the bed or cargo area is loaded. When operated unloaded, this factory rake gives the a nose-down stance that reduces front clearance, limits tire fitment options and can affect the feel of the suspension geometry under everyday driving conditions.

The range covers polyurethane body lift kits that raise the body off the frame at the body mount positions to achieve a controlled lift, body mount bushing sets for 1-inch lift applications, a rear lift kit for applicable platforms, and a rear lift and level kit for correcting rear ride height on applicable truck platforms. All hardware required for installation is included with each applicable kit. Most products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Why Upgrade Suspension?

Factory suspension geometry on trucks and body-on-frame SUVs is tuned for a loaded condition, and the resulting nose-down rake when empty is a characteristic that many owners want to correct, particularly when upgrading to larger tires or preparing for light off-road use. A body lift at the front and rear raises the body relative to the frame without altering the suspension geometry itself, creating increased clearance for larger tire fitment and a more aggressive stance while retaining factory suspension travel and geometry.

Rear-only lift and leveling kits address the specific case where the rear ride height requires adjustment independently of the front, whether to correct a sag from sustained load use, to level the with a front lift already in place, or to achieve additional rear clearance for an off-road or overland build. Correctly specified lift hardware ensures the body mount positions are correctly shimmed and supported at the new ride height, distributing load correctly through the body mounts throughout the lift height.

Leveling Kit Range

The leveling kit range includes:

• Body Lift Kits, 1-Inch: Provides increased tire clearance and improved stance without altering factory suspension geometry.
• Body Mount Bushing Sets for 1-Inch Lift: Supplies correctly dimensioned bushings for all body mount positions at the lifted height.
• Rear Lift Kits: Rear lift hardware kits for applicable domestic truck platforms requiring rear ride height correction or rear lift as part of a leveling or lift build.
• Rear Lift and Level Kits: Combined rear lift and leveling kits providing a controlled rear ride height increase on applicable platforms where rear leveling is required as a standalone or complementary correction.

Why Purchase Leveling Kits?

A body lift kit is the most direct path to additional tire clearance and an improved stance on applicable body-on-frame platforms, requiring no alteration to the factory suspension geometry or alignment settings. By raising the body off the frame at the mount positions, a body lift creates the physical clearance needed for larger tire fitment without the suspension modifications that a suspension lift requires, making it a practical and cost-effective first step for truck owners building toward an off-road or overland configuration.

Body mount bushing sets ensure that the body mount positions are correctly and durably supported at the lifted height with polyurethane bushings that maintain their shape and load distribution characteristics for longer than factory rubber alternatives. Rear lift and leveling kits complete the stance correction for platforms where the rear requires independent adjustment to match a front lift or correct ride height variation from sustained use.

Installation and Support

Leveling and body lift kits are designed for installation at the body mount positions and rear suspension lift points on applicable platforms. All required hardware is included with each applicable kit. Installation guides are available across most products. For additional technical assistance, a dedicated support team is available to confirm correct product selection and fitment for the specific platform and lift configuration.

Repair and Upgrade

Body lift kit hardware and body mount bushings are manufactured from quality materials engineered to withstand the sustained load, vibration and environmental exposure that body mount positions are subject to at the lifted ride height. Polyurethane body mount bushings resist compression set and road contamination more effectively than factory rubber alternatives, maintaining correct body-to-frame compliance and load distribution for longer throughout the 's service life at the lifted height. Most products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Who Leveling Kits Are For

Leveling kits are a practical solution for:

• Truck and SUV owners wanting a 1-inch lift for improved clearance and stance without changing suspension geometry.
• Off-road and overland builders increasing tire clearance with a simple body lift setup.
• Truck owners needing rear lift or leveling to correct sag or match a front lift.

The right leveling kit raises the to the correct stance for the intended application, creates the clearance needed for larger tire fitment, and ensures every body mount position is correctly supported and load-rated at the lifted ride height.
