What makes Nolathane different from OEM suspension components?

Nolathane suspension products are engineered for performance and durability well beyond OEM standards. While factory (OEM) components often use soft rubber bushings that degrade over time and under load, Nolathane uses advanced polyurethane and bushing technology that resists oil, heat, abrasion, and weathering. This results in sharper handling, more responsive steering, better load control, and significantly improved lifespan — without the harshness of traditional solid bushings.

Do I need a wheel alignment after installing Nolathane components?

It’s recommended to perform a wheel alignment after installation to ensure optimal performance and tire wear.

Are Nolathane Fixed Offset Upper Control Arms (UCAs) necessary for lifted vehicles?

They help maintain correct alignment and steering geometry after a vehicle is lifted.

Can I install Nolathane products myself?

Some products are DIY-friendly, but professional installation is recommended for suspension components.

Do Nolathane products come with a warranty?

Yes. Please refer to our warranty policy for details.

Engine Mount - Early Style Gen I Small Block

Description

With over 40 years of history, Nolathane remains the number 1 replacement and enhancement bushing and chassis component brand throughout Australia & New Zealand and now boasts a warehouse in California & catalog to suit the North American market. Soft factory bushings whilst they do a good job of not transmitting engine vibration, they do create vague and unresponsiveness in the vehicles drive train. Under hard acceleration, the engine and transmission rotates, Nolathane engine mount bushings work in conjunction with the OE rubber bushing giving your car better throttle response as well as more crisp and defined gear shifts.
