How long does delivery take?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours, and deliveries are made between Monday and Friday during business hours (9am – 5pm).
But, don’t worry, if any part of your order can’t be shipped to you on time you’ll be notified, and the rest of your order will be shipped to you within the usual timeframe – so waiting for one item won’t impact the rest of your order from being shipped!
How do I track my order?
Once checkout is complete, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your order. If you’ve ordered multiple products, you may receive a tracking number for each delivery.
Will all the parts in my order be shipped together?
Most orders will be combined into one delivery. However, in some instances you may receive multiple deliveries. We will provide a tracking number for each order.
Can I pick my order up from you?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer pick up. However, we use the best delivery methods to ensure that you get your parts as quickly as possible – no matter where you are in USA.
Can I send my order to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, not all parts can be shipped to a PO Box. We’ll be in touch if your order is unable to be delivered to your nominated shipping address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order, however, as all orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of payment, please get in touch with us as soon as possible about changes or cancellations.
