Less force required to remove / install bushings, bearings and joints making use easy even without power tools Benefit Note: Most old and new suspension bushings are pressed in and out with old bearing shells, sockets or just anything you can find. This creates a safety issue, given that heat treated steel will shatter under stress. The assortment of sleeves that make up the Nolathane Press Tool Kit are made from mild steel to allow distortion or crush when over-pressed. These newly designed tools provide an easy way to install and remove Nolathane polyurethane bushings and aid in other workshop pressing requirements.

    The Shackles and Fixed Pins are often overlooked when upgrading the suspension of a 4WD.  By fitting the complete package of Greasable Shackles, Fixed Pins and Bushing kit the rear end of any 4WD will handle just about anything that is throw at it!
     Benefit Note: The Shackles and Fixed Pins are often overlooked when upgrading the suspension of a 4WD. Original shackles and fixed pins corrode and destroy the bushings and it is the leaf spring bushings that stabilise the movement of the rear axle. Worn or inferior bushes in this area will cause the solid rear axle to move and impart rear end passive steer to the vehicle leading to the vehicle 'wandering' all over the road and be unstable under heavy braking. This can be especially noticeable carrying a load or towing a boat or caravan. By fitting the complete package of Nolathane Greaseable Shackles, Fixed Pins and Bushing kit the rear end of any 4WD will handle just about anything that is throw at it!
